At Earwax Audio Mastering keeping prices low has been a priority since opening for business over three years ago. This has been achieved by keeping mastering sessions unattended, which reduces regulations, allows a saving on insurance, and speeds up the mastering process.

Unfortunately rapidly rising costs necessitate increasing the price to £17 per track, which will be effective May 15th. Every effort has been made to avoid this increase, but I refuse to compromise on quality by rushing the mastering process to meet demanding overheads, and as any member of the music industry would agree, the quality of audio mastering should never be sacrificed.

I look forward to continuing a 1st class mastering service for what is still a highly competitive rate, and encourage any readers to send their tracks today for a free full-length mp3 master!

A new release for the excellent Blitz Kids (Small Town Records)  has been mastered here at Earwax, along with a very diverse range of mastering projects including a Welsh folk music album for first time client Sidan, which has received plays on the BBC Wales Frank Hennessy show. Other clients include Rich Willison, Chris Witherall, and Neil Lolley.

Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to let you all know that Earwax Audio Mastering will be closed between April 5th – April 26th.  I will be touring Europe with Attack!
